Western Colorado’s Dedicated ABA Team

The Swann Clinic team combines clinical excellence with genuine care for every child and family we serve.
At Swann Clinic, we provide individualized ABA therapy alongside multidisciplinary supports — including speech, occupational, and mental health counseling — to meet the diverse developmental needs of young children. Our team centers respect, play-based learning, and family partnership in everything we do, ensuring each child is supported holistically on their journey toward growth and independence.

Dr. Nichole Hardy-Swann, Phy.D

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Swann is a clinical psychologist specializing in neurodevelopmental assessment and therapy for children. With advanced training in autism diagnostics (ADOS-2), EMDR, and DBT, she brings deep expertise in evaluating and supporting children with autism, ADHD, and learning differences. A member of INSAR, Dr. Swann is passionate about evidence-based, compassionate care that supports both children and their families. Dr. Swann lives in Glewnwood Springs with her three kids & husband Jason.

Jennnifer Price-Rossman, BCBA

Jennnifer Price-Rossman, BCBA

Jennifer is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and director of the Clifton Clinic. Passionate about supporting children with neurodiversities, she often says she truly loves her work. Since 2014, Jennifer has dedicated her career to ABA and Special Education, earning her master’s in 2018 and completing advanced training in behavior analysis. Outside the clinic, she enjoys life as a wife and mom of almost three, and loves skiing, hiking, and camping with her family.

Jessica Berkle, MA, BCBA

Director of Clinical Operations, Rifle

Jessica Burkle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s in psychology and a focus in behavior analysis. She has led the Rifle clinic since 2021 and brings extensive experience supporting children with developmental disabilities through both clinical and community-based services. Passionate about applied behavior analysis, Jessica is dedicated to helping learners thrive through individualized, strengths-based programming. She lives in the Roaring Fork Valley and enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking.

Martha Hardy

Director of Human Resources

Martha brings over 40 years of Human Resources experience, including a rewarding career with Home Depot where she discovered her passion for supporting people and fostering growth. After retiring, she became an entrepreneur, owning and operating a UPS Store for 16 years. Dedicated to service, she is also involved with an autism support organization close to her heart. Outside of work, Martha enjoys traveling, time with her grandchildren, and relaxing at the beach.

Katie Thom

BCaBA, Rifle

Katie Thom is a bilingual educator and Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst who brings a global perspective and multifaceted expertise to the Swann Clinic team. With a diverse academic background including degrees from the University of Colorado Denver and the University of Montana, Katie earned her BCBA accreditation through the Florida Institute of Technology to specialize in the intersection of language and behavioral science. She is dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care that empowers families through clear communication and evidence-based practice. Outside of the clinic, Katie is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast who finds her inspiration while spending time at her property in Central America.

Kelli Holman

Clinical Director, Montrose

Kelli, a Colorado native, has 18 years of experience supporting children and families across residential care, foster care, in-home, and clinical settings. She earned her master’s in special education from ASU and is passionate about helping children of all ages and abilities achieve meaningful growth. Known for her compassionate and fun approach, Kelli focuses on building independence. Beyond her work, she enjoys family time, hiking, and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors.

Kelli, a Colorado native, has 18 years of experience supporting children and families across residential care, foster care, in-home, and clinical settings.
